Founder & CEO
Linda Heartfield is a highly experienced fundraising and marketing executive with a successful track record of raising funds and exponentially growing supporter lists for charities and political organizations.
She specializes in utilizing data from coops, matching the right lists with the right package and helping clients adhere to the regulatory and compliance standards nonprofits must meet.
During the thirty years, she has worked in the fundraising industry, she has managed or been a key member of agency teams that have raised over $300 million for their clients.
Linda lives in Maryland, outside of Washington DC and in her free time, you’ll find her exploring the waterways in and around St. Michaels, MD.
Mary Knowles has more than 30 years experience in direct mail and has worked in all aspects of the business from creative, production, data and client services.
Mary has worked for some of the top agencies in the direct marketing industry with a focus on analytics and strategic planning for clients.
She’s helped raise funds for a range of nonprofits including gun control groups, law enforcement associations, seniors groups, and veteran’s assistance groups.
Mary calls Fairfax, Virginia home with her husband, Brian. When she isn’t working, she can be found volunteering in her community, at her children’s school or at her favorite animal rescue, Homeward Trails.
Jenn Lamanna, has been in the direct mail industry since 1997. She began as an intern and quickly advanced holding a range of positions supporting nonprofits and associations with direct marketing, reporting, and compliance.
She has managed hundreds of direct mail campaigns serving a variety of causes including political advocacy groups, veterans assistance groups, and military support groups.
In addition to managing the complex details required to get direct mail campaigns in the mail, she helps nonprofits to fulfill their missions and to remain in compliance with proper reporting procedures.
Jenn resides in Chantilly, Virginia with her husband and two children. On the weekends she enjoys reading, cooking, listening to music and keeping up with her 6 and 2 year old.
